Sergio, a Mexican photographer, takes an impressive War photograph in Somalia in 1990 causing his late arrival back home missing his daughter’s birth in Los Angeles and his fiancé’s passing. His fiancé’s ex-husband keeps the baby with a legal trick. Sergio then kidnaps his own child and takes her to Mexico. He ends up giving her to his best friends to avoid her as a fugitive life.
