Galya is an orphan who lost her parents during the war. Her only native person is her grandfather, who was rehabilitated after the repressions. Once, Galya meets Alexey, a phone wizard who came to his house to fix a phone. Sympathy arises between young people, and soon Alexey moves to Galya and her grandfather. But in the relationship of newlyweds misunderstanding occurs.
